SPECIAL NOTE
Emilio Guarnacci graduated in 1963 with a thesis whose supervisor was Raffaello Fagnoni. The following year he was qualified to practice when he participated together with Paolo Felli and Pier Guido Fagnoni in the national competition "Two organisms for the New Middle School" for the design of a middle school in Bologna. During the 60s and 70s he participated in design groups and in numerous competitions.As an industrial and product designer from 1964 to 1985 Guarnacci was employed by the 1P company of the Permaflex group where he worked primarily in the company's "Studies and research" sector.
