SPECIAL NOTE
Lumen was founded in 1936 in Milan, Italy by Gino Sarfatti in partnership with Aldo Valcarenghi and Dino Mondolfi.The company focused on producing functional yet elegant lighting. In 1938, Sarfatti departed from Lumen to establish his own company, Arteluce, continuing his pursuit of design.
