Philippe Starck is a French designer renowned for his diverse portfolio of creations, spanning from interior design to everyday objects, boats and watches. In addition, he has practiced the profession of architect. Despite dropping out of formal education early, Philippe Starck managed to enroll at École Camondo, a private institution specializing in product design and interior architecture based in Paris, France. His inspiration comes from his father André Starck, an aircraft engineer, whose profession instilled in him the idea of creating distinctive interiors and unconventional objects.
