Oscar Torlasco

Oscar Torlasco gained recognition primarily for his creations in the realm of lighting fixtures, with a particular focus on the lamps he crafted for Lumi. His signature style often featured the use of optic lenses for light dispersion. The majority of his designs date back to the 1950’s and 60’s. In 1959, he received the esteemed Italian design award, the "Compasso d'Oro," for his Genova 4053 street lighting design.
